Greg Padilla is a Business Developer for Colonial Mortgage. Greg is a graduate of Grand Canyon University located in Phoenix, Arizona, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing.
Greg has upheld marketing roles accountable to business functions aligning closely with sales teams and a vital resource to Product Development partners. Most recently, he created a digital foot print for Ormco, a 60 year old global medical device manufacturer, by leveraging Social Media strategies and Online advertising increasing brand awareness and gaining a competitive advantage. Prior to working with Ormco, he was part of a new launched e-commerce department for Targus – a global laptop backpack, tablet case, and computer accessories manufacturer - launching Affiliate Marketing, Loyalty Programs, Marketing Automation, and Online Advertising. Previous to Targus, he also was fortunate to have lead a national campaign introducing Printec – a Taiwanese manufacturer of Human Machine Interface - specific to the United States, generating a 200% increase in the first 2 years while executing strategic online marketing and managing a marketing team to integrate marketing and communication approaches from brand to demand. By using digital and social media to engage customers and partners on their purchase journey, Printec was able to expand into Canada and Mexico.
Previously at Regency Lighting - as a Marketing/Business Developer, he was able to establish a relationship with Forever 21 (a $20M a year account), the largest account acquired in Regency Lighting’s 25+ year history.
His 18+ years have included senior field and marketing leadership roles in the Real Estate, Printing, Fashion, Lighting, Manufacturing, Non-profit organization, Automotive industry, E-commerce and Medical Devices.
